Shipping policy

Fourth Rock Records ship from both Texas and Florida, depending on the item ordered. We ship Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard shipping in the U.S. via the US Postal Service. We use Media Mail for records, and First Class mail for all other items. Other shipping options are available and custom priced. To inquire about other shipping options, please contact us using the Contact Form.

International sales are subject to individual quote for shipping, and buyer is responsible for any custom or tax fees.

Our typical handling time is 24 to 48 hours. Shipping times will vary based on the destination and the method used, but our standard is Media Mail, which is typically 6 to 8 days delivered to anywhere in the United States.

We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as slow postal service delivery times, or service interruptions from the postal service.

Once an order is placed and paid for you, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the item has been shipped or is ready for local pickup, you will receive a second email containing the confirmation along with pertinent details, such as tracking numbers.
